The JWA Corridor Cities of Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Orange, and Santa Ana, Tustin, and Villa Park have signed this agreement recognizing that these cities have a mutual interest in protecting their cities from any further expansion of JWA.

Costa Mesa and Newport Beach use OCTA funds to hire Ducey and
Associates to survey passengers arriving at John Wayne Airport. Results
show 14% go to Anaheim/Disneyland. 14% represents 1.2 million
passengers or 12,000 flights per year. Report suggest regional solution
since Ontario Airport wants to add more passengers.
